Utilizing HomeAdvice, a simple test from an independent 3rd party for assessing indoor air quality (IAQ), I can provide you with a professional, detailed report that identifies IAQ issues and provides recommendations to improve air quality. 

BONSAI Inspection Company has partnered with Air Advice providing our customers with the most reliable information available about the air in your home or business.

Healthy Home Test Procedure:

BONSAI Inspection Company will visit your property and collect data regarding the property’s heating and cooling systems that will assist in providing You the most information in your HomeAdvice Smart IAQ Report. 

Bonsai will place a calibrated AirAdvice model M5100 Indoor Air Quality Monitor in a suitable location inside your home, or one specifically designated by you. The monitor will be plugged into one of the properties electrical outlets, and will collect hourly air samples. The test will run for a minimum of 48hours.

 

At the conclusion of the test, Bonsai will return to your property to retrieve the monitor. The data will be uploaded from Bonsai’s main office and your Smart IAQ Report will be generated. Bonsai will meet with you at your home or by telephone to discuss the findings and any possible solutions
